Payment is via Paypal and AfterPay.

Returns 
All sales are final. We don't return or exchange items that do not fit. Most garments are one-of-a-kind so cannot be exchanged for another size. Make sure you check descriptions and measurements given about each product. Also check our sizing chart. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about a particular item, so be sure you ask before you buy. Most DOWRY products are made from vintage textiles so small age spots and irregularities form part of the character of the piece. Having said all this, customer satisfaction is our most important policy! If you feel an item has been misrepresented, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our very best to sort out the situation. If a return/refund is granted it will be given as store credit.

Dowry Products... 
DOWRY garments and goods are hand made from vintage linen, hand-stitched tapestries and/or other natural fabrics. The materials used may vary in age from 20 to 80 years. Fabrics are sourced from all parts of the world, however the product has been made in country Australia. DOWRY products often feature hand-stitched embroidery and finishing. Garments are often unique so colours and customization will vary from piece to piece. Age spots and irregularities form part of the character of the garment.

Shipping 
We post all items within 2-3 working days of ordering, via Australia Post. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please let us know within 48 hours.

Postage prices quoted are for delivery in Australia. We are always happy to quote for posting overseas, just email us for a quote.

Custom Orders 
Unfortunately, at this stage, we don't take custom orders.
