I had such fun buying these embroidered braids/ribbons when I was in Udaipur, India, earlier this year. One of the brothers, who owns the ribbon store, is pictured below. Some are over 70years old, salvaged from sari edges and other textiles. Some are hand-embroidered on silk and others are embellished with tiny sequins.
Each ribbon is sold as a whole piece so the lengths and widths are variable. Please see the details below for measurements.
