Dowry is the collaboration of a mother – daughter team who design and handmake clothing, soft furnishings and miscellanea from old discarded textiles as well as vintage fabrics. At Dowry we re-use what has been cast aside by others and make it precious and functional again. Our products are all handmade in Australia.

We have put together a team of people in our country, regional area, consisting of a seamstress, embroiderer, upholsterer and a cobbler who help to produce our products. Every item has been given a “Dowry’” touch so it is totally unique.
